- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are negotiable per hour depending on type of work. I ask that the customer realize that the skills I offer come from many years of learning and apprenticeship. Much of my work has been fixing shortcuts by other contractors, I pride myself on doing it right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer, discuss the issues, find resolutions together that are both cost effective and long lasting. Propose a bid that aligns with their expectations, agree on a price and timeline to complete the work. I like for the customer to have involvement in the project so they understand how the work is being done, both for transparency and instructional purposes.

I managed 35 rental properties, flipped 3 homes over a 5 year period.
