- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work directly with your insurance company for a stress free payment process. We also accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have received your call, we will immediately dispatch a technician to the property so we can begin the restoration process. The technician will walk the property and determine the best course of action. Throughout the process, we will document our work with written notes and pictures so that you know exactly what is going on.
