Working with Floors Direct was one of the best experiences in our home remodeling process. The owner, Pete Kelly, runs a fantastic team that works tirelessly to make you a satisfied customer. Pete came to our house with samples and recommendations to fit our budget and needs. It was so much better than going to the a store because we could see exactly what the rugs in the room would look like. His team handled all the measuring and the quote was very competitive. The crew arrived on time as promised. They got to work quickly and didnt cause any damage to the newly painted walls. The best part was that Pete stopped by at the end to make sure that everything worked out to our satisfaction. Don't go to the big box stores!! Have Floors Direct come to you!! It's so much better!!

Hiring Floors Direct was the absolute best decision I have ever made.Exceptional team of people! Every single person I interacted with during the project was experienced and professional. John, Alex and Steven were respectful of my home during carpet removal and floor installation. They kept the working area isolated and clean to minimize inevitable havoc that home repairs wreak on family's day to day existence. I am very pleased with the quality of the final product.Peter's communication style is excellent. He was transparent and consistent throughout the entire process: materials selection, price negotiation, scheduling, etc. It's too bad I have ran out of floors, otherwise, I would have hired them again. :)
