- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our packages range from $100-$300+. Our packages can be customized to fit your needs. We also offer price matching and will match the price of any currently legally Registered And Insured business in Maryland. Please be aware that a small travel fee will be applied for parties outside our 50 mile servicing radius. Follow us on Facebook for monthly discounts and promotions!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically gather initial information such as party time, location, and your requested character. This will help us determine if we are able to take your job. Then you’ll fill out our complete bookings form and pay a $50 retainer. The remainder is due 1 week before the party and payment plans are, of course, available. After that, we show up right on time and create the most magical experience for your guests!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Falling Star Parties was founded by a professional actor from Salt Lake City, UT. Katelyn has been performing for most of her life and studied Musical Theatre at Utah Valley University.
