I hired the company for ongoing cleaning on a biweekly basis. In general, the cleaning was complete but the smaller details were left undone (top of the shower inserts, microwave interior, or underneath countertop appliances). They were supposed to clean my house today. After trying to confirm the time, the management told me they changed strategy and abruptly stopped cleaning my house. i am having a gathering at my home tonight and I am left to find a new service today. Highly unprofessional and inconsiderate of expecting clients.
