I live on a very fixed budget, the kind of budget that does not allow for purchasing large appliances. So when my KitchenAid refrigerator quit working I panicked. A broken refrigerator is the last thing I need right now. I called up my Dad freaking out, and as usual he calmed me right down. He said that he had a great company he could call, and they would help me get back up and running and they were very reasonable. He said he would call them up and set up an appointment for me. He also offered to wait at my apartment for the technician to arrive. He knows I work like six days a week and I never have any time for things like this. My Dad is great he always knows how to calm me down. I stored my food in several large coolers that he brought over with ice, and the technician showed up the next day. I guess they needed to order parts and he would need to come back as soon as he had them. Dad gave him his number and the next day they had the parts and returned to fix my fridge. I t only took two days and my refrigerator was up and running again, and it really did not cost that much. Thank god for my Dad and thank goodness for the good people at Authorized Appliance Repair. I thought the whole thing was going to be a catastrophe, but it ended up being no big deal.

I was cooking breakfast the other day when our Whirlpool Retractable Downdraft System made a loud high pitched noise, and quit working. We cook all the time so we needed to get the downdraft fixed right away. So we called up Authorized Appliance Repair. We have used them a couple of times in the past, and we have always been happy with their service in the past. We scheduled a repair call for Saturday when we would both be home. My wife gets nervous when she has to be alone in the house with strangers. The repair tech Vince showed up and he was very friendly and seemed to know his stuff. He examined the downdraft and discovered that the blower motor had gone out. The part we needed was a little pricey, but the labor was very reasonable. We gave him the go ahead to order the parts, and we scheduled him to return on Thursday in the evening when we would be home. He replaced our Blower Motor and had us back in the kitchen in time for to cook dinner. Vince was a really nice guy, very professional, and the final bill was very fair. I would recommend this company to friends.

A week before Thanksgiving last year our KitchenAid refrigerator we keep in our garage quit working. Normally it is just an over flow refrigerator for drinks and such, but on Thanksgiving when the entire family is coming to our house for dinner. So my wife started to have a panic attack calling her sister to try to coordinate a backup plan should the second refrigerator be unfixable. I told her to calm down. I said that I would call Authorized Appliance Repair. We have used them several times in the past and they always do a great job. I called them up and told them it was a holiday emergency. They had a technician out to our house 2 days later. Thank God it was only two days because my wife was driving me crazy worrying about the refrigerator. The Technician Steve looked at the refrigerator and spent a little time trouble shooting things. Apparently the fridge needed a new cord in the back. He went to lunch and went to the appliance parts store and picked up a cord for our fridge, and he came back after lunch and fixed the refrigerator. My wife was so happy; and finally got a good night sleep that night. Thanks Authorized Appliance Repair.
