What a wonderful feeling! A clean house, superbly done I might add, at such a fair price! Very professional from start, a pre-cleaning visit to assess my needs, to the completed task. Kelly and Melissa are top shelf cleaners. If you are in need of a cleaning service, you'd better call soon. The word is out and her slots are going fast. GREAT JOB LADIES!

Ok sounds hired Mrs. Matthews to help me with my house since I'm a total neat freak but, have been to busy starting a new career teaching. I gave her the directions as to what bothers me cleaning wise and how I want to come into my house and see the floors picked up, beds made , and dust up top and below gone! My house is about 2800 sq ft so she worked for a 5 hour shift but, she got it done!! She was also opened to listening about detailed requests that I had for around the house.

We had our first cleaning by Peaceful Polish. They did a good job..no complaints. I talked to her references and they gave her glowing reviews. Kelly was easy to deal with and willing to satisfy our cleaning needs. We have her coming every two weeks. I would highly recommend her at this time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home is different but my prices start at $50 for homes less than 1500 sq ft. The average 3 bedroom 2 bathroom is closer to $75.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you have never had a professional housekeeper, or just have not had one in a long time my prices could be as much as double for the first time clean.
