Joe is pretty awesome! He meets you where you are at in your fitness goals and is very flexible with timing! His sessions are totally worth it. I would highly recommend him to anyone!Aug 11, 2018Verified
I was super reluctant to start working with a personal trainer, luckily I came across Joe, because he has completely changed my outlook on fitness. Joe works with my busy schedule, takes the time to make sure I'm doing the work outs the correct way, and he is always encouraging! Not only has he been an excellent motivator, he has worked with me on a meal plan that is completely doable! Highly recommend!!!Oct 6, 2017Verified
As someone who has gone from 280lbs to 165lbs, I can say with complete confidence that Joe knows his stuff, I would highly recommend him and when you do, take ALL of his advice!Nov 17, 2016Verified
Not only does he guide me on the equipment he also gave me a nutrition plan and he has a flexible schedule.Aug 7, 2016Verified
Joe is a good listener and concerned that he and yourself are on the same path. I am 61 years old and Joe has the mindset necessary to work with older clients. Nice guy. Give him a try.Jun 25, 2016Verified
