- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The most important thing potential customers should know about my pricing is that it is (in most cases) negotiable. I don't want anyone to dismiss working with me because of cost. I am approachable and will do my best to work something out regarding cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet and walk through the project with the customer to understand their vison for the job. This is a two way discussion where we discuss specifics of the job including timeline, materials, and price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received education in Building Trades obtaining my certification in Tallahassee Florida.
