FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing for my services, however the prices could change, depending on the customer's requirements. Online lessons: 20 dollars per hour. One on one:25 dollars per hour. For the translations, it all depends on the complexity of the document, time limit and quantity, but I normally work fixed-price or hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Spanish Lessons - Working with new students it is always an exciting experience, but since all of them have different interests and goals, I have different ways to teach. In the normal basis I normally start by knowing my student's interests, goals and prior knowledge, after that I create a curriculum that adapts to his/her best way to learn. After every class we have, I planned the next one taking in consideration my student's development. - Translations - My goal is to provide to my customers an excellent product. I make sure the file is ready in time and form.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Being able to do freelance gives me the chance to be closer to my costumers, to take more time to create more personalized, fun and interesting lessons or to provide an excellent translated document. Having my own time to focus on what I love, gives me the opportunity to be available for costumers as well.
