- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thumbtack shows you basic package rates. In some cases discounts are also applicable, so do ask! There are also beautiful print and product packages that may be just what you are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know a little about you. I have a basic new client form with standard information. Beyond that basics I will ask how you most want to see your portraits and try to incorporate your personal interests and preferences wherever possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Member of Professional Photographers of America (PPA). Workshops, classes, and conferences for continual learning and working with other photographers across the country.
