I could not be more happy about Body Transformations. When I started, I was not flexible at all in my ankles, hips, and shoulders. Through a systematized assessment, I was told about these problem areas immediately during the first session. In fact, drastic improvements were made on the very first day through massaging the muscles in those areas and re-assessing the exact same movements. I was amazed. The range of motion improvement was not a fraction of an inch which could have been mis-measurement. The improvement was over 3 inches on my left shoulder and 2 inches on my right shoulder. You have to try this systematized assessment for yourself. Now that was just the first day. Since then, I have been coming to my convenient appointments regularly. I have lost inches off my waist and gained muscle mass in my arms, legs, chest, shoulders and neck, and I wasn't super thick to start with. My Body Mass Index (BMI) is consistently measured and improves each month. I appreciate Anthony's challenging workouts that are always fresh and upbeat. It keeps your body out of a dull routine and your mind interested in the education that is provided during each workout. The level of knowledge shows and each certification earned is integrated into my workout progression. I have been an athlete all my life and even in college no coach spent the type of time and effort so that I knew why I was doing an exercise. I learn what benefits the exercise produces, and how the current exercise will fit into my future exercise plan. I will remain a customer for life. I know it has helped me look great in a suit, be fit in my activities, and make friends in the studio that I can really relate to.

Three years ago a friend looked at me and said--you know you need to go see Anthony Bales at Body Transformations. Wow!! What a difference! Workouts are exhilarating and challenging--I am doing more than I ever thought I could do. Body Transformations is more than lifting heavy weights--it's form, flexibility and strength!! Anthony also makes working hard really fun--I never have to "talk myself into going". Oh yeah--also dropped 4 dress sizes!!

Anthony whose the Body Transformation owner really pushes me to work different areas of my body in training. I do a variety of different exercises that doesn't feel like a hamster on a wheel like at the gym. I enjoy the variety and different levels of moves and exercises. He's also very thorough on making sure sure I got the correct form performed correctly so that I don't get injured. He sure knows what he's doing as far as training goes. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer as he gives me "tough love" when it comes to fitness. I appreciate it when I look in the mirror and notice my slimmer figure over time. And he's a real cool guy on top of it all!
