- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client is different when it comes to SEO. A basic SEO Audit can run anywhere from $1,500 to $15,000 depending on the complications of the website and how deep the analysis needs to go. We do have free SEO Audit packages available, just ask us how you can get one for your business. Paid Search is typically priced as the standard in the industry - we charge a $1,500 set up fee with a flat 10% of your monthly spend (with a $1,000 minimum) per month. In some cases the set up fee is waved, just ask us about it when talking to us. Social runs very much the same as Paid Search with a monthly contract at a minimum of $500 and can run up to $5,000 each month depending on the client needs. Email marketing can run anywhere from $100-$300 for an email design and blast with prices for email list rental running anywhere from $100 to $2,000 (depending on the count of emails and focus on the demographics). WordPress websites run $500 for a basic 5 page website with one set of revisions. For a more robust website it can run $1,500 on up to $30,000 depending on the needs. All SEO is included free of charge in WordPress website setup and designs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email me and we can talk about the basics, I then like to follow-up with either a phone call or meeting in-person (prefer in-person at your office if local to Bellevue). Once I get an idea of your struggles and what you would like to accomplish for your business I propose a plan that fits within your budget and goals. I draft up a clear and detailed Statement of Work and Contract that lists all expectations from myself with time line and due dates. Once the SOW is signed and 1/2 of the project payment is in hand myself (and my team) get started. For larger projects an account manager will be assigned to meet with you weekly or bi-weekly and who is available for any questions to ensure all communication is happening in a timely manner. Most SEO doesn't go past a 6 month plan, therefore we do not do monthly contracts for SEO. We do not believe in taking money from clients when there isn't work for us to do. We will set up monthly contracts for paid search and companies that need all of online marketing from us as we work as their own "online marketing team".

Jenn has a Certification in Multimedia from 1999. She has been optimizing websites for nearly 20 years with proven success. Jenn's team has no less than 5 year of experience in their expertise and all work in overseen by Jenn herself. We work quickly, efficiently with complete and total open communication and transparency. We understand how most companies work internally and essentially work as a part of your team.
