- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do. It depends on size of TV...Whether you need the cables concealed...Wall material... whether the install is above a fireplace. All these factors affect your install price. Also the more TV's we mount the cheaper the install price is. For security cameras it depends on how many cameras you need installed. How many stories your home is, whether we have access to the crawlspace and attic, whether the DVR will be setup in the same room as the Modem / Router. Providing us with these answers helps us send you the most accurate quote in the quickest time, so you can make your decision and we can work on getting you on the schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with my years of experience in the home theater field. I have a degree in electronics engineering technology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In my own home then for relatives and friends and that's when I found out a bad a passion for this type of work and it more than a job to me.
