We were very happy with LeviArs’ work on our home refinishing and installing hardwood flooring. They worked through Seattle’s “Snowpocalypse” driving on icy roads to our house when others might have stayed home. They accommodated all of our requests and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. They were the most competitively priced too. Our floors look amazing and we couldn’t be happier. We’d highly recommend LeviArs to anyone!

Livi and Nicolai are extremely competent and hardworking guys. They did a great job installing the hardwood floors at my place including taking out the existing carpets and old hardwood flooring. Livi provided us guidance on what materials to use and where to get them from at a good discount. Livi and Nicolai were very accommodating as our plans and schedules changed (we did an extensive remodel and had coordinate among various contractors). They went above and beyond by helping refinish certain areas when we changed the original kitchen island placement. I am very happy with the outcome and would strongly recommend LeviArs for any hardwood flooring/refinishing needs.

JOB: In a floor with carpet on one side and hardwood on the other, replace the carpet with matching hardwood. Sand the entire floor , stain and refinish the entire floor. Levi and Nicolae are hardworking and passionate about what they do. They were very punctual. Delivered as promised and on-time. They did a meticulous job and worked around my needs. On couple of things when I asked them to take some shortcuts, they insisted to do it the right way and did it the right way. Their pricing was the best amongst those I got estimates from. The work was done with dustless systems with Vacuum and hepa filter and was a clean job. You can hardly see that it is two different set of sections. I highly recommend this Duo.

We hired Levi to sand and stain our 1990s oak floor. He was extremely punctual and completed the job faster than anyone who quoted us before at a very competitive price. They also worked on our schedule as we wanted them to start right after our kitchen model so they worked thru Christmas for which we are grateful.
