- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My rate is $15 per hour of training. For the best results, it requires working together for a good 90 days. We will workout 12 sessions per month or 3 times a week. The payment for 12 sessions is $180. What you will get from $180? - 12 sessions of 60 minutes training. - Weekly weigh in and monitor the results. - 24/7 coaching - Nutrition, meal plan coaching and snack ideas - High end protein shake after the workout and sport drink during the workout
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will go through your wellness profile and discuss about your goals. Take measurement and photo. Design the meal plan for you based on your body composition like how fast is your metabolism and how much lean muscle mass you have to determine of how many grams of protein you should eat in each meal. In each session, the first 30 minutes we will focus on HIIT and follow by targeting body sculpting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?For 21 years, I am a Health and Fitness Coach. I would be an idiot if I don't know by now what works and not works. :-)
