However, I have over 25 years of experience in the area and building trades successfully. Therefore, I hope we can get to a good result. They were dependable and do the job right the first timeJan 7, 2019Verified
Did not hire due to some constraints in plans/budget. George was prompt in showing up - thoroughly professional, and gave a detailed quote, listened fully to what we needed and quoted accordingly. We will consider him the next time we have some workJan 3, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Each project is based on either square footage pricing or scope of work depending on the details that need to be installed or performed for success.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We connect via phone, text, email. We schedule a time to come by and take a good look over the areas of work that need attention. We disclose the square footage or details. Then we go over the costs and ideas together. Lastly, we go over the costs associated with the work.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?Recently we were contacted by State Farm Insurance Company to help an Insured of theirs with a unique circumstance. A neighbor's, huge cedar tree had fallen on their house overnight during the high windstorm and heavy rainfall. I came out, met the Insured, and the Insurer the next day . Within 15 days we pulled the permits, the engineers were in place, and the plans were onsite for the extensive repairs to the second story roof and 3 bedrooms upstairs. We had removed the entire roof, gutters, roof sheeting, tented the entire house during construction, removed, replaced, taped, textured, and painted all 3 rooms, insulated the attic, installed two new windows, and contracted the roof, trusses, and gutters to a local sub contractor.
