FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a general pricing structure that I work from. Generally, I ask my clients what their budget is and we go from there. I try to find solutions that will work with most tastes and budgets, in order to make everyone happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here is a brief summary of our typical process: 1. We get an idea of what the customer wants. 2. We ask questions to get the important details. 3. Then we give the customer an estimate of what we anticipate the cost and time frame will be. 4. Once the customer agrees and pays a deposit, then we get to work on their design as soon as possible. 5. We show the customer the design and they approve it. 6. We implement any other features, content and suggestions from the customer. 7. The customer reviews the site and does a final approval. 8. The customer completes the payment. 9. The website login info is turned over to the customer. 10. If the customer needs any assistance navigating or understanding their new website, we are happy to help or answer any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 18 years experience in web design. I started out being self-taught. I found that it was a passion and necessity to add to my knowledge and I have kept my knowledge up-to-date and modern by taking classes on a variety of relevant topics. For example, I have studied social media and internet marketing, taking classes from some of the best in the industry.
