I have been a client of Kai Moy's for the past 5 years. Kai is an informed, motivating and enthusiastic personal trainer. He knows exactly how to tailor the workout to meet your needs. Every workout is a completely different experience combining free weights, kettle bells, TRX, step, and ropes. His workouts are incredibly thorough including an opening and closing stretch routine. I used to require chiropractic care for a back injury, but Kai's attention to form has strengthened my back muscles so I no longer need chiropractic care. He is always on time, never rushes a workout, and you really get personalized strength training. Each and every session I'm challenged, and I'm learning more about my fitness abilities. I truly look forward to each and every workout!!

I've been training with Kai Moy for many years and he is the best! I've maintained my weight and fitness level due to Kai's guidance. He keeps me motivated and ensures that my technique is always correct. He is very knowledgeable about his profession and training regimens. He has a very positive attitude and is calm, confident, experienced and committed. His personal attention and encouragement helps me to stay focused and avoid injury. I had a back injury last year and Kai helped me through the recovery process and gave me a proper exercises and stretches to help me. He is also very reliable and punctual. I would recommend Kai to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated trainer.

I have been training with Kai for over 10 years. He is so knowledgeable and professional. He truly understands fitness and tailors the workout to the client. Our sessions are always different and challenging and keep me in phenomenal shape. I can't imagine not having him as part of my fitness regimen.

I've been training with Kai for several years now. I have to say he is by far the most knowledgeable, professional trainer I have ever had. I have back issues which have all but subsided due to Kai's training routine and strengthening of my targeted areas. He truly is phenomenal.
