Jason did a awesome job. He stayed for over two hours making sure he found the problem and did a wonderful job fixing the issue. And for much less than most wanted just to show up, he was able to solve what could have been a very dangerous problem. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always work with the customer. To charge a fair price for the work that I do. I do offer discounts in some situations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send a quote for the job or work that needs to be done. And talk with the customer about materials needed for the job. I set up a date and time,that works best for the customer to preform the work needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of education in plumbing, electrical,HVAC and carpentry. I went to a trade school back in 2006 for electrical. And worked many jobs learning plumbing, HVAC and carpentry.
