- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an initial complimentary call just to meet and greet before planning our sessions together and to form a general plan for moving forward. I assess my clients preferred internal representations (how they view and store experiences). I help them craft bold achievable outcomes (goals), and then use tools as needed to remove limiting beliefs, blocks, phobias, bad habits etc as needed. This may take 2 sessions or 12 depending on the client. Areas include smoking cessation, weight loss/control, self confidence, relationships, finances, career path, sales success, setting boundaries, spiritual growth and masterminding to name a few.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied coaching methodology with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and received my certification as a Professional Life Coach. I am a certified NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist and continue my education in human development, learning, and major religious philosophies. I'm currently in a Doctoral program in Metaphysical Sciences.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Women who are ready to accept change, to move forward, and build their mental attitudes and strength in creating better relationships, income, and health.
