We are very happy with Headspin services. The decor was amazing, the photo booth was fun, great customer services. Lourdes was able to communicate with my parents that were planning the baby shower and only speaks Spanish. ABSOLUTELY LOVE! Lourdes and crew were such pleasure to work with! I can honestly say that Lourdes is a very pleasant and thoughtful person and it showed through the way she handled business from start to finish! We had rented an air booth for a Gatsby theme party and it was such a hit! Looking back the pictures after was a blast! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?No we don't as everyone situation and likes are different...we always look for alternatives if needed while still keeping the integrity of the design to meet budgets...but one thing we do offer is a buy back program. Please inquire more...our customers love this program!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to converse a little with all my customers. To make sure I can offer what they are looking for and understand their needs and desires. After we talk and confirm we put things in place to give them a perfect event below their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was trained by Terry in my home town in California. She was a florist designer or Jane of all Trades and quickly learned. She said I had a good idea and she mentored me and showed me the path I always knew. I also have a business management certification and have been in business my whole life.
