- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do charge for travel depending on the job. The distance usually needs to be over 50 miles to incur any fee. I offer discounts on mini sessions near holidays and wedding bookings towards the end of the current year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will have the customer fill out a contact form. That gives me all the info I need to get a concrete price for them. Then I'll nail down some details. After that, we are good to get the down payment and contract signed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 7 years of experience in photography and photo editing. I worked a professional Photography studio for several years as well.
