FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive: Photography services is $100 an hour Videography services is $150 an hour. Editing photographs will take up a lot of time. Therefore, I integrate this labor-intensive process of post-processing into my advertised cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new clients, I like to meet with them in person, if time permits regarding my services and their expectations. It's important to be on the same page with each customer to ensure we deliver quality and exceptional services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My photography experience and training was all hands-on by trial and error. I'd say yes, to the utilization of traditional education fundamentals for learning photography and videography concepts regarding ISO, Shutter, and Aperture settings. However, the trial and error methodology was the direction I decided to take. I was an apprentice, shadowing under numerous photographers and videographers experts for years before I left the nest to venture out on my own. Before considering myself a "subject matter expert" I was psychologically content with being bad for a while, before transitioning into a great photographer specialist.
