Our experience was a little out of the ordinary because we had Porch Light Home Inspection inspect our house just outside of Bend after we had already purchased it because we were having some problems with he house. Porch light did an outstanding job and caught an incredible amount of issues that our first inspector didn't even notice. Porch light also pointed out some energy saving opportunities that got us about $700 in energy subsidies.
Porch light is the most thorough home inspection service I have seen, the reports are very clear and John was always available to answer any additional questions.
We were very happy with porch light and would recommend Porch Light to anyone needing a home inspection.

I had an inspection on a home I was going to purchase. The person came at scheduled time, he was very pleasant, went over the goods & not so goods. I received a very itemized inspection with photos. One of the best inspection companies I have worked with. I came from Cal. and have been in the construction business for over 20 years. Good guy good job.

We were able to be at the home inspection at the time it was being done! We have never had that opportunity before. It was a great experience as John told what us was being looked at and how the outcome was right on the spot. It was explained to us how things should be and what to expect in the future of the item.
We would use this same company if it was available to us again if we were to move another time in our days! We done move often so that may not happen! John's friendly and personal attitude and knowledge made it easy to spend part of a day with!
