- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand your need to control expenses and know in advance what your monthly expenses will be. We offer a flat/fixed rate fee structure that allows you to remove the risk and variability of hourly billing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with an initial consultation to identify your business needs for workflow and system design, transaction/booking services, controller and advisory services, and KPI’s for monthly financials. We prefer this to be an in-person meeting and will travel to your office if possible. Otherwise, we will conduct this initial consult over the phone. Based on the information we collect during the initial consultation, we will prepare your fixed monthly fee proposal.
