- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe that project based pricing offers you the best value, and allows me to deliver the highest quality service. It motivates us to determine a mutually agreed upon price for the service, and to both understand the scope of the project so there won't be any surprises on either end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to understand the most I can about your unique situation and why you need my services. Your goals are the most important part of my work, and that's why my first step is speaking with you to make sure I understand them. When we're both on the same page as to what a successful end result looks like to you, I'll begin designing. You'll get a draft (either as a sketch or digital image) and I'll take the next step after your feedback. From here, there is still room for editing so I'll likely offer you more than one option before sending you the final product. Communication is everything, and I'll be available for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved in many aspects of the creative process for my whole life. Throughout my career I've taken many classes in graphic design & website development, earned my Bachelor of Arts degree, worked as a professional musician, and been a creative / marketing manager. Equally as important, I've worked with small businesses my whole life and understand your needs because I've experienced them as well.
