- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical day is receiving a call for a project to be measured and proposed the scope of work to be done whether residential or commercial. Once I have met the customer and measured out the project in mind, I come back to the office to put a proposal together and then email to customer once I have finished. Once they review the proposal and agree, we sit down together to have all contracts signed, book it on the calendar and collect a check for 50% of the job. Once we finish the project, we make sure the customer is completely satisfied and then the billing department will bill for the remaining 50% once completed or the customer can pay on site. A very simple but personal procedure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally, I have been in the construction business for 26 years with hands on experience in every phase, facet and avenue of the trade from residential, commercial, to government accounts.
