- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There’s no hidden fees or add ons that will surprisingly show up throughout a project. The situation were an increase may apply would come from a customers request to change the agreed upon work, in which case any and all changes would be upfront and known prior to the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of the most important aspects of meeting and working with new customers is clear and honest communication. Communication is the easiest way to achieve the desired finished project whether it’s the time frame for work, available options of materials and costs or expectations of products and services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a member of The Nebraska Apartment Association we have attended numerous classes and trainings on Home maintenance & Preventative care.
