- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge based on complexity, rather than hours worked. For this reason, I will always try to get a very clear idea of what your goals are and exactly what you are looking for. The price I quote you will be the final price, unless you request significant changes during the project. I will give you a timeline for completion at the time of the quote. For web design projects - before work begins, you will be provided with a design proof to approve so that you are completely happy with the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?For Web Design clients: 1. During your free consultation, I will discuss your project and your goals. I will ask lots of questions so I can provide you with exactly what you're looking for. 2. I will create a design mockup based on the information we discussed during the consultation. I will provide you with a detailed quote and timeline to complete the project, if you are happy with everything, you will review and approve the design and officially hire me at this point. 3. I will request a 50% deposit of the design fee before work begins. When I am nearing completion I will show you the progress on the project and you may request any revisions if necessary. After any revisions are completed, you will see the final version and give your final approval. I will request the remaining 50% of the design fee at this time and take your website live! 4. Post Sale Support - I will provide post sale support for 30 days free of charge for any WordPress website. I offer web, phone, and hand-on support to ensure you get the mpost out of your new website.
