FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices will stay the same with every dog I do, and I have around about price for each size dog and their different types of coats. But my prices will always be more than reasonable, because working at a grooming salon, at most, you get 50% commission. since I won't have anyone to pay above me, other than gas and equipment, I will always make an offer u can't refuse. Especially since I'm coming to you it will be more than worth it. I will be willing to give a discount to those of you that have more than 2 dogs. I will do the cheapest dog for free for every 2 dogs I do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know the customer and the dog, build a relationship, I have seen it is always better and easier on the dog to start slow with them, maybe start with a bath and nails first visit, then get to the haircuts. Also, even though I will be coming to you to do you're dog, when you aren't in the dogs view, it tends to mind and cooperate much more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been training with dogs on the job for 6 years, then decided to get my license 3 years ago.
