Amy has taken our family pictures several times, and they have always turn out very well. She does an especially good job at getting kids to cooperate in fun ways, and consistently excels at capturing our children's individual personalities, which I love! I know I will look at the moments she has captured for years to come and be so grateful to have such a gifted photographer. I know because I already look at them regularly and am so happy to have them!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Amy for our engagement shoot, as well as with her and Olivia for our wedding. I was especially impressed by how efficient they were with crowd control (getting our family members in the shots they needed to be in), and simply being flexible, friendly, cracking jokes, and being calm and collected for the whole event. The sneak-peek photos I have seen from the wedding have been absolutely stunning, and I look forward to seeing the rest of our memories from our wedding day!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my wedding pricing is available on my website. Family session begin at $150 (+tax) for a local family of four. Custom quotes are available beyond that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Photography is my job, my hobby, my passion. I am constantly seeking to improve my skills, diving into training classes and books and hands on experience every day. I started in a black and white darkroom in college in 2006, processing film blindly, and fell utterly in love. Blind love? Love at first sight? One of those!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Take time to research their style and make sure it is a good fit for your desired pictures. Photographers want to find clients that hire them for their skills and style, not just their prices.
