Introduction: I am an NASM Certified personal trainer who is deeply passionate about fitness. My scheduling and pricing are flexible with repeat clientele, and I offer extremely competitive pricing on training packages. Not only will I train with you, I will remotely monitor your progress and can provide workouts and nutritional advice in between our sessions. I am proud to have multiple clients who have been training with me almost a year, which is when I began training in the area. I am about putting in the work, in and out of the gym. I will help you avoid fad diets and workouts and help you to develop a lifestyle that you are able to one day maintain on your own, effectively and efficiently. Tyler is extremely professional and the workouts are never boring! He listens to what I want and need and works out a plan to make it happen. He is encouraging, positive, and focuses on you, making sure your form is correct and that you know what the next goal will be. I highly recommend Tyler and will continue training with him!

Tyler is very knowledgeable about the combination of factors that contribute to good physical fitness. He is extremely reliable. His methods inspire you to push yourself to be the best you can be. After recovering from surgery in mid April, I weighed roughly 130 lbs. I started working with Tyler on my fitness and nutrition and today I weigh 165 lbs and look, feel, and am stronger than I've ever been. Thanks Tyler!

I have been training with Tyler for 3-4 days a week since early spring. I couldn't be happier with my results thus far. He challenges me and motivates me to do better inside and outside the gym. I am doing things I never thought I'd be able to accomplish. When I started I wore a size 16 and now I'm down to a size 10 and still going. Thanks Tyler! Highly recommended.
