Installing & painting baseboards & side fix it jobs. TIM SMITH IS A CONMAN!!! Lied about hours! He also charged $60 for him & his 16 yr old daughter to measure my basement (to install baseboards). which he said took 2 hours!!!!! Told me I'd get 2 men and he was the only one the entire time. He told me in the initial meeting, "I will install the baseboards and my guy will be right behind me caulking & painting." Never happened. Still charged me for two. Told me he charges $60 for one person or 4!!!!! Except he did bring his 16 year old daughter to do the side jobs while he installed baseboards. She wasn't able. If you look at his ad, it says 2 employees. Some jobs he could not do b/c he wasn't qualified such as fixing a closet door & a drawer under a bed. The baseboards look like an eyesore! I had someone else come in to look at painting them and they told me they need to be removed & use a rotor on them! Took him 37 hours to install, not paint & sand! Never got to side jobs. He told me if I went over 36 hours it would drop from $60 down to $50. He charged me $60 for 37 hours. Apparently he underestimated my math skills! Then harassed me with phone calls & texts and was angry because I didn't respond immediately. Kept telling me how he is controlling temper. Left marks in all of my walls. Now I have lots of repairs & painting to do in multiple rooms. Do not consider him!!!!! Spare yourself the headache!
