- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are set to be fair and affordable to small business owners, and there is never a "surprise" additional charge once the price has been set.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial contact is through video conferencing (zoom), where I take the time to become clear on your passion, focus and goals for your business. We also review the final project through video conferencing, to ensure all goals have been met, and make additional tweaks and changes on the spot. I also provide 30 days of unlimited email support to address minor changes and adjustments to your website design once website has been completed.

I have fifteen plus years in the technology industry focused on customer support, and design.
