I hesitated when looking for a personal trainer however, I quickly learned I found one of the best ones out there. Kevin is not only an excellent instructor, he is a diligent student - constantly educating himself on the human body so he can bring his knowledge and expertise to each session. He remains focused and works with you to achieve your ultimate goal. In the past two years, I have not had a single session that is the same as the one before and he always brings something new to the table which not only pushes you, but also makes the workouts more interesting. Outside the gym, I have contacted him with questions and he is quick to respond (with references!) on what needs to be done. He is the ultimate professional and I feel lucky to have worked with someone as smart and dedicated as him!

Kevin is a great coach. Easy to reach and very accommodating with scheduling. My sessions with him focused on improving my posture and mobility, with a mix of weight and cardio exercises. He constantly assesses my movements and forms and arranges workouts to work on my weak points. I felt much more mobile after two months of training, and being more aware of my postures along with the streches Kevin taught me, my shoulder/neck and lower back pains are mostly gone these days. My physical exam results also improved a ton during this time (blood pressure back down to normal range from borderline hypertension, and cholesterol numbers have also improved). It's a great personal training experience at a very reasonable price. I would absolutely continue training with him if I weren't moving away.

Kevin my trainer has helped me achieve my goals so far and I love our sessions. He makes it fun and enjoyable to train and he is very motivating and encouraging! If motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach is what your looking for in a PT, then Kevin is the man for you!

Kevin is an excellent personal trainer. He has developed customized workouts and exercise routines that support my personal training goals. He is very interactive and highly engaged during our workout sessions. He is very professional and has a very pleasant personality and good sense of humor. Kevin is a very great couch. He is very knowledgable, taught me a lot about training, diet, and body fitness. I've been training with Kevin for about 3 months, successfully decrease my body fat from 20% to 16%, while get bigger in my arm/shoulder/chest size.
