What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Moving furniture is usually $25 and hour per guy. Small jobs under 4 he's require a minimum of 2 to 4 hours . This depends on what we are doing ... Other services will be determined after knowing what the job is .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I do is introduce myself and my team and then I'll talk with the customer to see what services they will be needing us to perform for them .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been moving furniture for 6 years now. I have been trained by the best in the business with all of them having 20 plus years of experience. I have taken training courses with mayflower and unigroup that show hands on skills about the moving industry .
