- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most importantly I am very competitive with my pricing. It is reasonable and not so high that my clients are not able to afford. I have a very small overhead making it affordable for all requests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am willing to meet and go over individual cleaning needs and provide a free estimate. It's necessary to do a general walk through the home or property/business , getting all details and then coming up with a price that works for both myself and my customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned and operated my cleaning business for over 25 years. Ranging from weekly residential cleaning, to deep cleanings, rental turn overs, small offices, restaurants and large corporations .
