- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a one time set up and design fee and then a monthly maintenance and hosting fee. We can also offer a yearly plan at a substantial discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to spend 30 minutes with an open dialogue between the two of us. The more information and the better the information I can obtain the better I can be to put their best out into the cyber world.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the tech world since Netscape 1.0 became my browser Gopher was abandoned and I had to find a new place to get on the information superhighway (thank you Al Gore).
