I've been working with Robert for two years. He is a fantastic trainer. Robert will push you to do better than you thought yourself capable of. He is responsive to your fitness goals - no cookie-cutter approaches. He builds workouts you can replicate on your own. He is extremely attentive to your outside fitness regime, and asks a lot of questions to help guide you down an overall fitness path. He is extremely easy to get in touch with and responsive. He's fantastic!

My partner and I have been working out with 3-step fitness for about 1.5 years. We have seen steady increase in balance, core strength, and overall strength. The trainer is professional and knowledgeable about good form. He makes sure we have varied workouts that are done correctly so we do not injure ourselves.
