- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a conversation on the phone to discuss what is needed. Whenever possible I prefer to view the job site prior to start. That is when we both really get an idea of what is needed, and expected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in Hotel Maintenance for approximately 20 years. With the economy the way it has been, hotels are outsourcing maintenance, so I decided to give it a go for myself. I have been going at it on my own for about 5 years now.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 15, I started working at a hotel in my home town. Doing trash, cleaning parking lot, changing light bulbs, etc. Then the maintenance man starting showing me more and more things. And I have been doing it ever since.
