- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually talk or text correspond with new clients. Asking their wants and needs. If time allows, I schedule a trial so that they can feel at ease for the special day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had many years experience as well as beauty training and skincare/esthetics.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with people from all different ethnicities and ages. I have lots of experience working with ethinic skin types and hair. You name it, I've done it. I can also work very well with mature skin, as I am a skin therapist.
