My air conditioning unit went out during the hottest week of the year so far around July 1st ..it was brutal! A friend recomended this company and I’m so glad that we called! Me being a woman and not knowing much about AC I was afraid of getting taken advantage of. All my fears went away while dealing with Greg. I could tell that he knew what he was doing and stood by me every step of the way. Honest, trustworthy, loyal and thorough! I truly can’t say enough about my experience with Greg at around the clock air conditioning and I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing service as I already have! We are up and running again and nice and cool after a few days of his hard work. A brand new ac unit with Crisp cool air! Pricing is fair and negotiable. Emergency rates are more expensive then normal hourly rates. Emergency rates start after 5pm.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To give the customer a quote. Follow up with a phone call to discuss the service or installation. Estimates are free. Scheduling a visit to meet customer. Also to take a look at the work that is to be completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two years of HVAC/R schooling. (Associates Degree) 8 years of field experience. Been servicing and installing residential air - conditioning systems in nassau and suffolk county for 8 years. Been servicing commercial refrigeration systems for 5 years.
