They didn't want to lay the tile down for the price quoted. They called me 30 minutes before they were supposed to come back to finish the job telling me I expected too much from them. Kathy interrupted me countless times before the conversation ended. She assured me she will be bringing back "our garbage" when I asked for our supplies to be brought back. Yes, they used all of our supplies and then took some back with them.
Cigarette butts were left outside our property. They got mortar on our carpet and walls. I could continue but this has already caused too much time wasted. Time to hire someone to actually complete the job.

We were told job was for a bathroom . After we got half way through customer decides we were not doing it right because they called lowes. We then did as customer asked and were told we did not tape and float it. Customer wants a concrete job done in a wood bathroom floor. The materials customer is talking about is cuttings from the cement board that were trash that we need to clean up when we are finished with job. No butts were left in ground. We at no time took anything of theirs and we did not leave a mess because we took it with us. Customer is very micro manger and tried to detail how every aspect of job needed to be done. She did not need a professional to do the job she knew how to do it herself. I called and professionally told her there was a clear and definate differences in how job needed to be done. We could not help her anymore and the 4.5 hours we were on job doing the beginning to please not worry about having to pay for time we were there. I am taking back her scrapes for her to dispose of and we are very sorry she decided to make false accusations because she was upset.
