we use produce from local organic farmers, grass-fed beef from wisconsin and nebraska, pasture raised lamb from colorado, free range poultry and grade a foie gras from california. Our fish is always wild caught whether it comes from the atlantic or pacific oceans or from the mediterranean sea.
Our selection of fine cheeses & charcuterie is mainly sourced from the best french and italian producers although it features a few american artisans & farmers as well.
We also take pride in making everything "from scratch", from ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard to fruit preserves, pickles, ice creams and much more...
