I *am* a top level coach, with a thriving coaching business. But when I was just getting started and need guidance in my business and my life, Mike's coaching was a godsend! I admit it, as a small business owner watching every penny, I wondered if coaching was a good investment (even as a coach myself). But I took the leap of faith after our intro session. Mike walked me step by step through some crucial points in my new business, helping me think about it in ways I never had before. I'm not exaggerating to say that Mike's coaching was a CRITICAL part of our early success. If you're considering Mike as a coach, here's what I would tell you: It's not just about Mike. Sure his coaching is AMAZING. But he also helps you bring out your own best thinking, AND he brings the experience of and advice from ALL the people and businesses he's coached over the years (and boy, that's a LOT of people). Even after all this time, I still talk to Mike on an semi-regular basis, just to have that second opinion in critical times in my business. Feel free to look me up online and reach out to me for a reference if you need one - I'm happy to give it! Be coached fearlessly! Demir GjokajApr 6, 2017
While my business was doing OK I was struggling to take it to the next level so decided to call Mike. During a tearful conversation I shared my frustrations and dreams with him and he assured me that he would help me set up systems and give me tools to take my business where I wanted to and start smashing my other life goals. It has been 4 months and this has been the best decision I have ever made. While I thought I was signing up for a business coach, it turned out that life coaching is part of the deal. He has also given me tools to navigate the ups and downs of everyday life! My personal relationships are improving and I'm a happier and more confident individual. BONUS!!!! Even though I was not in the financial position to take on a coach I KNEW it was something I needed to do. I quit my "day-job", rearranged some things in my life and took the leap. I trusted that working with him would bring me enough business to afford his fee. Mike helped me formulate a plan to supplement my income while giving me the flexibility to focus on my business. I still have the same challenges but now I have the tools and mindset to manage them with less stress and anxiety. I am so glad I took that leap. When booked my first client after rebranding it was a huge job! I am confident I am well on my way to creating the exact life I want. If you are looking for someone to hold your hand and tell you everything is fine. Mike is not for you. He is a no nonsense BAD ASS that will teach you how to get things done and if you follow his advice in time you'll be one too!Apr 6, 2017
I have been getting coaching from Mike for 3 1/2 months. I called initially to increase my sales for my health insurance business by getting guidance on sales techniques and strategies, how to get more business exposure on the internet, and to redesign my website. However, I am getting much more than business and sales coaching. Mike takes the approach of focusing on the entire person, i.e. work/business, family, personal, health, diet and exercise, relationships, etc. Because if one is neglected or out of balance, then it will affect all the other areas of your life. I really appreciate how my life, business, organizational habits, diet and exercise, and personal development have improved working with Mike. I don't know how Mike coaches others, but it seems to me that he recognizes how I learn and how I want to learn and coaches specifically to my skills, talents and needs. Working with Mike has been like raising the tide in my life: as the tide rises, all areas of my life rise and improve. Thank you Mike.Apr 6, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes I have 4 main programs: Touchstone coaching, Momentum Coaching, Total Focus Coaching and Basic Consulting. They are $495, 625, $795 and $1295 a month respectively. All packages include coaching sessions on the phone with me in addition to email and phone access to me between sessions if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Simple --- and there are TWO answers to that, first how I start with a potential client by giving them a free session and second what I do once someone BECOMES a client. I'll outline both here. The free session: First --- We schedule a 15 minute call so I can hear from them what they are looking to accomplish. What their struggles ar3e and what kind of help they want from a coach. This allows us to decide if the type of coaching I do is the right fit for them. Second --- If we determine on the 15 minute call that we are a fit then we schedule a free 1 hour session so they can try me out as a coach. Before the session I email a coaching questionnaire for them to fill out so we can make sure to spend our time on what is important to them. Third --- at the end of the call I ask the client "do you feel this is the type of coaching you are looking for?" if the answer is "no" then no hard feelings. If the answer is "yes" I say which program would you like to do and then we get them started. I have 4 programs I offer at $495, $625, $795 or $1295 a month depending on how we work together and what we are doing. Once someone is a client: We work together and create a plan for how to get them from where they are to where they want to be. We actually lay out a 90 and 180 day plan, monthly plan and weekly plan. I do this for BOTH business and life coaching. With Business coaching of course the reason is obvious. All businesses need a clear set of goals and a timeline so that they can make sure to stay focused on the activities that will actually move the business forward. With life coaching the reason I do this is that people often say "I want to be happier, I want my relationship to be better, I want to be less affected by the trauma from my past, I'd like to be more confident." and the goals and ideas about what they want to accomplish are very general. I deeply care that my clients don't simply feel better in the moment but make real changes that make their lives better. So I have my clients to really think through "what will your life be like once you have let go of trauma, feel more confident, etc.?" We get very specific and clear on where they want to be and we make a real plan for getting them there. I often give exercises, homework etc. to help people continue to break through between sessions. Coaching is not only talking about personal challenges (although we do that of course) it is about taking action to shift things.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In addition to my 15 years of coaching experience I have: A degree in psychology from UCLA, Training in NLP and was a Master Coach and Trainer for the Anthony Robbins Companies. I have also started, built and sold 4 companies (1 in Japan, 1 In Thailand and 2 in North America).
