Natasha's positivity encourages you throughout the process. Whether that be in the moment during a session or over the course of a program, you'll never feel defeated with Natasha. Will she work your rear off? Yes. Will you feel tired after a workout? You bet. But not in a "I-never-want-to-go-back 😩," in a "Wow, I didn't know I had it in me. Dang, I'm 💪!" She's really great at learning about what your goals are and adapting each workout to the skills and interests of the person. Barre, crossfit, HIIT and even games are all incorporated in the program--as you want. She stays up to date with the latest in sports fitness, physiology and nutrition, as well as whatever the latest "in" in fitness classes here in LA happens to be, so you get all the benefits in a customized program. Definitely worth it!

When I trained with Natasha, I was not at my skinniest but I was at my strongest. She always made sure I had the proper form throughout all the exercises that we did together. Not only did she guide me through fitness routines but provided nutritional coaching throughout our sessions. She reviewed my daily food intake diary in order to make diet adjustment recommendations.
