Law Office of Bradley S. Sandler
About this pro
Neighbor dispute turned into Hollywood movie. Mr. Sandler calmly stepped in at the last minute and took control. We’re still in court but I feel at ease and in good hands.Jun 26, 2018Verified
We needed quick legal advice and help drafting some documents. Mr. Sandler was quick to respond and very helpful with advice. He was friendly, professional and his work product was great. We settled the matter, however if it didn't get settled I would have felt extremely confident using him to represent our interests.May 29, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We have flat fee and hourly rates. My office also offers limited scope representation for Family Law matters. For hourly cases, I require a retainer to begin work and charge a reasonable hourly rate. I deposit your fees in our trust account and bill each month, itemizing my time spent and what I did. Attorney fees can be reasonable, flexible, and yes, affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Every Client is important to me and matters. I take time by phone and at my office to understand your situation and offer my plan to help. We can sometimes begin by phone or email, or at my office.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 22 years experience as a lawyer practicing family law and criminal law, which overlap in restraining order, domestic violence and custody cases; I do an average of 8 hours continuing legal education every year, since I began as a lawyer, which is more than 175 hours. In 2017, I took an additional 8 hours of Juvenile Dependency Court California Rule of Court 5.660 (d)(3) training.
