I recently reached out to Brad regarding my divorce and custody issues. He responded right away and spoke with me about my specific situation in great detail. He looked over my judgement and based on that and what I conveyed to him, gave me options about how to proceed that were clear, helpful and realistic. I have had a few different attorneys and I have to say, Brad is the first one who actually listened to what I had to say without making me feel I was a burden or that my issues weren't important. He empathized and gave me extremely helpful advice based on his years of professional experience and his own personal experience. I know that may not seem like such a big deal but it truly made a massive difference. Divorce and custody battles are miserable and stressful, so having an attorney that actually cares and is with you in the process is one of the most important things. I cannot recommend Brad enough.

Bradley S. Sandler made a quick response when I contacted him in need of a lawyer. We needed a lawyer that was caring and could take the time to answer all our questions in a short notice for an upcoming court date. He made time for us and worked around our schedule so we could meet with him.. I already loved his Sharp image on his profile picture. We were shocked when he made himself available to contact in less than an hour on his private cell before consultation. When we met in person we knew he was the Attorney we were looking for ! We charge hourly rates for most Family law matters.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every Client is important to me and matters. I take time by phone to listen to your situation and offer my plan to help. I then email a retainer agreement with a payment link to pay the retainer fee to begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years experience as a lawyer practicing family law and criminal justice. I recently completed my 25 hours of MCLE earlier in 2020. I do an average of 8 hours continuing legal education every year, since I began as a lawyer, which is more than 175 hours. I have taken an additional 8 hours of Juvenile Dependency Court California Rule of Court 5.660 (d)(3) training.
