Dan responded within a few minutes of my submission, I was even more surprised when he dropped whatever he was doing to come to my house the day before Christmas Eve.
Dan diagnosed the issue, educated me in the process ( dumbed it down into simple terms). He also advised me on maintenance, gave me some feedback on how to improve the way the system was set up, he even did a conference call with the installer to back me up on what parts needed to be ordered to fix the issue, as the heating unit was less than a year old, as it was under warranty.
Because we couldn’t get parts on Saturday/ holiday around the corner, Dan said keep me informed to make sure the installer is responsive, basically as a Plan B if that fails. I really appreciate the peace of mind he offered. After leaving, he returned back to my house and lended me a infared Hester, so my family could stay warm through Christmas.

Dan fixed my boiler after it was damaged during a flooding incident. He was honest with me and even took off the labor charge when he had to order a new part and come back to finish the job. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again if I ever have other heating or cooling needs.

Call these guys!
One of our air handling units was completely down (the other holding on by dear life) and temperatures were just starting to dip below freezing, based off of some other positive reviews I read, I decided to reach out to DRB.
Could not be more happy with how quickly they were able to come by and get a quote together (next day) and were able to work around our schedule to get it all done within a day or two.
Customer service was great with keeping us up to date and informed on all aspects of the process.
